It is used for online continuous type operation, slurry preparation, for extruded products like a Kurkurea and for post flavor inspection conveyor for cooling, soaking & inspection also. Its dosing system is screw & vibratory type, to suit the product and nature of seasoning.
It consists of stainless steel 304 grade material. The system is suitable for flavoring about 500 kgs/ hr of extruded snacks like kurkure etc.
It provided with PLC based system (optional) for high accuracy of flavoring, control panel with speed control and real time analysis.
