1.5t/h Pellet Production Line

This palm fiber pellet production line can produce 1.5 tons of 6/8 mm diameter palm fiber pellets by using waste from palm fiber processing factory as raw material, the core part of this pelleting line is 1 set of LGX-900 efficient centrifugal pellet machine.
The whole pellet production line process can be waste palm fiber drying, grinding, pelletizing, cooling, sieving, dust collecting and packing. And we also provide 0.8-1.5t/h pellet making line, 3t/h wood pellet making line and 3t/h EFB pellet making line.
The entire line includes the following equipments:

a c Dryer (reduce the raw materiala s moisture to a suitable level for pelletizing);
a c Hammer Machine (grind the small pieces of wood into nearly powdery form for easy pelletizing);
a c Pellet Machine (process raw material into pellets);
a c Cooler (cool down the output pellets to avoid accumulation of heat that may destroy pellets);
a c Sieving (remove the dusts and crushed pellets);
a c Packing (pack the pellets into bags of required sizes);
a c Electric Cabinet (control equipments).
