Key Features

This 4.5 x 3.5 x 8.5 feet pulse jet candle filter is designed to be placed in the incinerator chamber of a municipal waste combustor, which is used to reduce emissions. The air and gas flow enters through the venturi throat and then mixes with fuel at the burner level. A 15 kg pressure drop occurs as the air accelerates through the filter and reaches sonic velocity around the perimeter of the disc. The high energy recirculating shear layer separation with the combustion of a fuel produces a large turbulent eddy layer that remains nearly stationary in comparison with lesser turbulence of downstream gases. This 50 ml capacity industrial filter has a protective casing that prevents damage from external factors.
