Allen Bradley Module Application: Industrial

The Allen-Bradley 1734-IB4 POINT I/O is a DIN rail mountable Four (4) input channel module. Use zinc plate, yellow chromate steel DIN rail when mounting this module. Materials like aluminum or plastic may corrode or oxidize and poor conductors that may cause improper or intermittent grounding. Attach the DIN rail safely onto the installed surface approximately every 200 mm (7.8 inches) and use the anchors appropriately. All cables are made to the removable Terminal Block (RTB) installed at the bottom of the installation.

The Allen-Bradley 1734-IB4 has a maximum POINTBus current of 75 mA at 5V DC. The power dissipation of this module is 1W and the thermal dissipation is 3.4 BTU/hr. The field power voltage range of the 1734-IB4 is 10-28.8V DC while the isolation voltage is 50V (continuous). This module has a minimal on-state voltage of 10V DC.
