Automatic Handling System

Automatic Handling System This system comprises of Multidaylight Cage,  Hydraulic Puller Pusher,  Loading Lift, Unloading Lift, Assembly Table, Breakdown Table, Vacuum Hoist system , Hydraulic Power Pack, Electric panel. It is run in auto and manual modes controlled by PLC . The above system with touch panels with operator settings and operation at three stations that is Lift,  Cage and Vacuum stations.  The system with scada system for maintenance monitoring of the same. Also a communication device installed to online monitor the system for production and maintenance from remote places through modem with landline communication. It is manufactured with maintenance free design with belt conveyors and hydraulic pusher.  Also it is running successfully in more than 12 daylights that is 14 and 16 daylights.
