The design is complies with: -BS3900 PART E.
Silence Features: -
*The full tungsten carbide material is used for needle hence no ballpoint peels off from shank.
*Panel mounting platform is free from dent and screw head depression, which causes for damage to the needle.
*The film penetration is indicated by light and bouzer so that operator can fully concentric on actual scratch operation rather than voltmeter needle deflection.
Result: - The report is presented I two ways.
(a) A minimum weight is fixed before the test and test is carried only to test pass or fail to that particular wt.
(b) The report is presented at which minimum weight the film get peeled off.
