Automatic Vial Washing Machine is suitable for round vials and finds wide applications in the pharmaceuticals, foods and distilleries industries. From the Infeed side conveyor, the vials will be collected by a vial collector (Infeed Drum), It will collect 8 vials at a time and will go up right position and will leave the vials to the washing station i.e. to vial holder cups. The Vial Holder Pockets/ Cups are made from Food Grade Material and to avoid lots of change parts. The Basic machine is fitted with one set of change parts suitable for 5ml to 30ml round shaped vials. After completing the washing of the vials, the washed vials will be discharged at the outfeed side automatically. It can be possible to directly attach to the tunnel or direct into the Turn Table or Vial Collection Tray. It will be depend upon the customers requirement
