We offer top of the class Bakery Oven which is an all purpose heavy duty oven for use in retail bakeries, supermarkets, hotels, bagel shops, restaurants, school kitchens and other food service operations. The oven is the preferred choice for baking all types of breads, rolls, sweet goods, croissants, cakes, cookies, bagels, etc. Its additional applications include thawing, roasting and reconstituting frozen foods. Uniform heating is its predominant feature. Our Bakery Oven promises fast start up (approximately 20 minutes) and high efficiency due to its 225,000 BTU high-output burner for the Single Rack and up to 600,000 BTUs for the Double Rack oven.
