Standard features include a heavy-duty mainframe specially designed for tough mining and quarrying applications, a large spherical bearing is used for the upper support area and the main shaft is supported with a hydraulic system enabling large lumps of material to be crushed without any abnormal load and allowing for the main shaft to be lowered automatically in case tramp iron were to enter the chamber. The hydraulic system allows for easy adjustment of discharge setting, simply by pressing a button. The chamber setup for the BAZER CC1200 can be changed simply by inserting a different type of bowl liner, thus changes in product gradation and application can be made very easily.
