Our Bicycle Cycle Rim Profile Machines are suitable for profiling 20G, 19G, and18G cold rolled strip with production capacity 1500 to 1800 per eight hours suitable for rolling 28a x1/2a W.O cycle rims rickshaw rims & moped rims. These Bicycle Cycle Rim Profile Machines are equipped with special K.High chrome tempered rolling attachment year of service. The welding of bead sheet is provided by two twin water cooled 150KVA each transformer along Quantity cycle rims from CRCA strip 76.2 wide .80+/-03mm thickness. The machine consists of special thick steel fabrication body mounted on construction steel base. The body is precision board and fitted with high Quality bushes to carry the bottom transmission shafts and intermediate gears.
