It consists of the following:
A) Broth Clarification Module:-
* Module will have 100 KD cut off Hollow fibre UF cartridge of 2X6a length and PPhousing.
* Oil free vacuum Pump of 26a vacuum with trap and vacuum gauges complete.
* Vacuum Hose silicon 1.5 meter.
* Side arm vacuum filteration flask of 2 Liters capacity with rubber/silicon stopper.
B) U.F. /Cross Flow Module:-
* SS316 Housing of 6a Length with sanitary design T.C. clamps with pressure gauge
* U.F. cartridge of PES/ Regenerated Cellulose with different cutoofs 2X6a length and tobe fitted with silicon O rings etc. Filtration area 2 ft2.
* Minimum hold up volume 10/100 ml(with and without air purging)
* Variable speed Peristaltic Pump of 0-600RPM Pump head.
* Silicone Tubing suitable to above pump module .
Note:-Low binding U.F. cartridges with regenerated cellulose membrane available on request.
