BOP hoses are wholly bonded rubber construction with embedded fire resistant properties offering relatively light weight and maximum flexibility. There is no need for additional materials to be added around the hose to achieve the fire resistance. BOP hose is clearly recognisable with the outer red cover.

Certifications:
hose assemblies are tested, rated and approved by Lloyds Register in accordance to the guidelines of API 16D to meet and exceed OD/1000/499 at 700 C for 5 minutes.

Construction:
combines multiple layers of high tensile steel cord reinforcement, integrated layers of high temperature fire rated fabric and a tough heat, oil and abrasion resistant red rubber cover that gives maximum flexibility and comparatively reduced weight with the added benefit of not requiring any extra external protection to achieve the fire resistance.
Note:
These hoses can be supplied with QR74 quick release valved coupling which also fully complies to Lloyds Register OD/1000/499 fire rating and is engineered to meet the highest application and safety standards.
