Automatic Volumetric Liquid Bottle Filling Machine work on volumetric principle with diving nozzles. The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly Hair line per-finished body, consists of S.S. Slat Conveyor, Reciprocating Nozzle with self-centering devices & SS Syringe. No container No filling system arrangement is standard features of the machine.

Operation:
The Bottles coming from Turn Table are conveyed to Conveyor. Conveyor is driven by separate motor for feeding the Bottle for filling operation. The bottle stops on conveyor for by pneumatic cylinder to hold and move the bottle for filling and after filling. The machine has filling station on top plate. During the filling operation, the Bottle stops pneumatically under filling nozzle where the nozzle comes down and enters into the neck of the Bottle and fill the required volume. The fill volume is adjustable manually. After filling operation, Bottle is transferred on to the Conveyor. This operation is repeated.
