Sym-300XR is a 100% vegetarian bread improver based on soya flour,enzymes (e1100), oxidizing agents (e300,e924), yeast foods (e510,e341) & anti caking agents (e170). Sym-300XR is capable to develop extra soft, extra volume loaf with excellent crumb structure. Sym-300XR as the name XR suggest gives extra benefits to the finished product hence improving the overall quality in every respect.
