Canning Grade Yf Tuna

TUNA available in different specie ,such as YELLOW FIN TUNA in whole round and in Gilled and Gutted and SKIPJACK TUNA whole round the above two species are mainly using for canning purpose and other specie are ALBACORE TUNA .BIGEYE TUNA , LONGTAIL TUNA , BONITO ETC
the generally using specie are Yellow fin and Skipjack tuna
its general procuring size are as follows:- -

YELLOW FIN TUNA - 4KG TO 10KG , 10KG + canning grade
YELLOW FIN TUNA 20KG + ( for processing Loins)

SKIPJACK TUNA 1.8kg + canning grade
SKIPJACK TUNA 1.8KG (Only for canning or for Katsubishi purpose)
