Centralized & Fixed Dust Extraction Solution from multiple sources of the production areas through fixed hose fitting, and collection of welding fume at single point. (Product will be offered as per application)
1. Ready to use, Filter, fan, motor, automatic cleaning system with control panel are factory fitted.
2. High efficient ventilators that have backcurved blades are directly coupled to motors.
3. Cartridge filters made of polyester non-woven are standard on AC dust collectors. They arrest 0.2 - 2 micron particles with 99.9% efficiency.
4. Cartridge filters have a temperature resistance up to 80 deg. C.
5. Equipped with automatic jet-pulse cleaning. Cleaning pressure is 4-5 bar.
6. Static and dynamic balanced impellers with silencers ensure low sound level.
