Composition :- Calcium citrate 1000mg USP + Vitamin D3 IP 200 IU + Magnesium Hydroxide IP (eq to elemental Magnesium 100mg) + Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate IP (eq. to elemental Zinc 4mg)
*Has equal Bioavailability compared to calcium carbonate .
* Unlike other source of calcium it does not increase the risk of kidney stones or acid relfux .* Increasing levels of vitamin D reduce inflammation , pain and myopathy while increasing muscle protein synthesis , ATP concentration , strength , jump height , jump velocity ,jump power , exercise capacity , and physical performance .
* Is a crucial co-regulator of bone growth and remodeling, neuromuscular function , inflammation , proliferation differentiation and opoptosis of cells.
