1st unit: guiding and pre-crimping
2nd unit: main crimping force applied
3rd unit: crimping and correction (horizontally and vertically)

2. 6 synchronous driven discs, stepless speed regulation through the frequency converter.
3. Value of pressure and vertical height of three sets (six pairs or 12 pieces) rolling-discs is showed clearly.
4. Units 1 and 2 adjustable for horizontal width.
5. Units 3 fully horizontal, vertical and wide adjustment (for straightness correction of assembled section)
6. 4 lower "Vulkollan"-surfaced horizontal rollers, height - adjustable (I 85, L = 120 [mm])
7. 4 upper "Vulkollan"-surfaced horizontal rollers, electric height adjustment, (I 85, L = 120 [mm])
8. The whole height of all three sets (six pairs or 12 pieces) rolling-discs can be adjusted by CNC that depends on the aluminum profiles.
9. When rolling different aluminum profiles, measuring value of height that aluminum profiles are rolled first, and imputing the value to the computer to adjust the rolling - discs to the place with high accuracy and speed by CNC.
