Coagulation Analyzer Ts4000

MP Biomedicals India Pvt. Ltd. has also launched Coagulation Analyzer TS4000 single, dual & four channel coagulation analyzers. The detection system for clotting a time assays on the TS4000 is based on the increase of viscosity of the plasma being tested. The increase of viscosity is measured through the motion of a stainless steel ball that is made to effect pendular swings on the two curved rail tracks provided in the bottom of the cuvette containing the test plasma.
Thus the instrument is highly sensitive to very weak clots. There is no interference from a hemolytic, lypemic, icteric plasmas. No interference of coloured plasmas or turbid reagents or high bilirubin. Dual channel instrument allows simultaneous testing of PT & APTT at same time where as 4 channel instrument allows simultaneous detection of PT, APTT, FIB & TT at same time using STAT modes.
