A trap may get vapor locked in such applications. UKL traps for compressed air and such other non-condensable gases take good care of this possibility in their unique design.

Made in Cast Iron and Cast Steel bodies with SS internals, these traps are provided with soft seating to minimize leakage possibilities. For special applications UKL traps are made in different grades of stainless steel body and internals. Standard applications include CA, Ammonia, Dowtherm, CO2, Nitrogen and Hydrogen service.
