The fabric is 1.5m wide, surface resistance 10^6IC-10^9IC, available for class 10-100 cleanroom. There are four types, 1)98% polyester and 2% conductive yarn; 2)anti-static TC fabric 63% polyester + 35% cotton + 2% conductive yarn; 3)antistatic TR fabric; 4)antistatic CVC fabric.
