NS-3500 is a high-speed confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) for precise and reliable 3-dimensional (3D) measurement. A real time confocal microscopic image is achieved by fast optical scanning modules and signal processing algorithms. It is a promising solution to measure and inspect the microscopic 3D structures such as semiconductor wafers, FPD products, MEMS devices, glass substrates, and material surfaces.
Dual Z-scanning mode

NS-3500 provides a color CCD image and a laser scanning confocal
image at one time.
The height measuring ability comes from the confocal arrangement of
a source, a sample, and a detector. By the out-of-focus signal rejection
of confocal technique, only the in-focus signal is collected by a photo
detector. It gives the optical sectioning ability to confocal microscope
NS-3500. The confocal aperture also improves the imaging quality by
rejecting the noise outside the focal point.
