IMS_MYX Series light curtain using a unique simultaneous multi-beam transmit and receive infrared LED light to produce accurate cross-spot, with the ability to detect very small objects.
This method combines an extremly high resolution with a good resistance in dirty environments.
Due to the operating principle its resolution depends on the object to be detected.The wider it is, the thinner it can be; e.g. a sheet of paper.
The output becomes active if at least one beam between the transmitter and the receiver has been interrupted.

In 2010, Intelligent Micro System was started by students who were selected for the Innovative Talent Promotion Plan by the Ministry of Science and Technology and National Talent Project. We hold specialization in developing sensors and sensor-specific chips. We use CMOS integrated sensors/sensor ASICs that can program the sensors through the SPI/one wire communication and help in attaining the sensor correction and temperature compensation. We develop chips by automotive grade 0 foundries that are capable of working in the temperature range of -40°C to +125°C to make us capable of meeting the requirements of the automotive industry.
