Cylinder Head Dowel Press

We are master in making and supplying of Cylinder Head Dowel Press in Bhor, Maharashtra, India. In the cylinder head pre-assembly, two dowels are inserted into the cylinder head with precise accuracy up to 0.01mm by means of hydro pneumatic press. The two dowels are used for alignment of the intake manifold and require a force up to 20 KN.A single pressing cylinder from TOX has been used for this purpose. After pressing one dowel, the cylinder head is manually moved to next position and after locking, it in second position the dowel is pressed. For safety reasons a door with security switch has to be closed by the operator after loading of the dowels. The pressing operation is started by pressing a start button. LM rails & blocks with precise locating pins maintain the positional accuracy of slider while moving the cylinder head from one position to another. The compact & sturdy design gives the optimum result for production.
