Wheel Head: Two axis plc cylindrical grinder having wheel head axis equiped with servo motor and precision ball screw for accurate posioning. Hydro static bush bearings for wheel spindle assembly are surrounded by high presure oil film,eliminating metal to metal contact and over heating.
Work Head:cartridge type work head spindle assembly with grease packed super precision bearings having accurate calibration with matchless quality and the assembly is covered with labyrinth system.
Tail Stock:hydraulic tail stock having adjustable spring load suitable to carry heavy weight upto 500kg, for various applications there is a superb arrangement in tail stock for precision micreo taper setting at front of the tail stock.
