1.Power supply system:
I.The rated frequency should be 50Hz; the rated voltage for motor should be 380VA 5%, or 660VA 5%. If the rated frequency in the working place is 60Hz, or the rated voltage of power source is 220V, single phase, or 660V 3 phase, please notice us for the special design and profession advice.
II.The maximum loading power output should not more than 75% of the rated power of the transformer.
III.If the transformer is far away from the working place, the voltage loss in the extra cable must be calculated carefully. For the extra cable choice, please find the details data on attachment table 2.
CONSTRUCTION
1.Submersible pump set is composed by submersible motor, submersible pump, delivery pipe, cable and control panel. The pump is centrifugal.
2.Submersible motor is water cooling; it must be filled by clear water before installation. The water is used for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearing. When the motor is running, the temperature will increase, and the pressure also increases inside. The pressure adjusting system will run and adjust the pressure in side of the motor automatic.
3.There are anti-sands system and framework seal up forward of the motor, to stop the sands coming into motor. The 2 framework seals can make the motor sealed properly.
