Black Gram Dal
Rice Flour
Salt
Sodium Bicarbonate
Malic Acid
Fenugreek Powder
Directions for Use :

To the contents of this pack add 650 ml of water for every one cup of mix without heap add 2 cups of water and mix well without lumps to get smooth batter.
Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat Dosa pan and smear it well with oil.
Spread required quantity of batter to give one Dosa on pan.
Roast over low flame on both sides till golden brown colour.
Rub the pan lightly with damp sponge, cloth for cooling the surface .
Repeat from step 3 to make your next Dosa.
PLAIN DOSA : Serve hot with coconut chutney or suitable side dish.
MASALA DOSA : Stuff potato onion curry, any other Masala Curry and serve with Priya Curry Leaf Powder, Idli Karam, Nallakaram. To make 11 DOSAS of approx.60gm each
