Dresswel-201


Dresswel-201 is a lubricating water
base die coating for aluminium castings. Product dispersion ensures
smooth casting finish and subsequent easy release from metal moulds.

Typical Properties:-

 Colour : White
Viscosity by B4 Cup @30OC : 15-20
Sec.
Solid Content : 28-32 %
Dilution : 1 :200+20 with soft water




Application:-

 Product is used for all aluminium die
casting grades, especially automobile casting.
Suitable for, spraying types of
applications.
Suitable as a release agent to assist
removal of castings from hot metal moulds.



Advantages:-

 Less preparation time since product is
readily miscible with water.
Optimum release effect is obtained when
product is sprayed to hot metal moulds and imparts a water free
release film.
Product gives a complete and uniform
coverage, which ensures a good casting finish, free from soldering
and casting catch catch-ups to the die-surface.



Storage:-

The product should be stored at a room
temperature under roof and away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Shelf life;- 6 Month from the date of
manufacture.

Slandered Packing :- 50 and 200 Kgs in
plastic barrel.
