Details: SS-CLEAN is a liquid solution to remove built in corrosion from stainless steel.It removes scales, discoloration, burn spots and ferric contamination with out wire brushing or grinding. BENEFITS: 1) It gives controlled metal removal 2) It release negligible fumes 3) Improved finish with uniform smooth bright look. 4) Gives full corrosion resistance to treated surface and avoid further corrosion 5) Handling is very easy. 6) It clears non- reachable areas like internal and external pipes APPLICATION: 1) SS-clean is used for immersion application for non-reachable areas of stainless steel component like internal and external of pipe, wires rolls, internal recessed areas of machinery etc. Heavy parts are dipped in huge tank with the help of chain pulley. For cleaning and descaling of pipeline, yesclean-dip is circulated inside pipe with the help of pump. Dipping time is around 5-45 minutes. 2) After pickling thoroughly rinse with water and dry. 3) SS-CLEAN removes free iron contamination left behind on the surface of stainless steel from machining and fabrication. 4) Finally dip it in SS-Passive(10% concentration) for effective results.
