It comes with a red color lid which has a AIR CONTROL VENT at the top, this AIR CONTROL VENT is designed to help you to control the Smokey flavor off the food being cooked by turning it open or close. This bbq has a special ASH COLLECTOR provision at the base with a ASH COLLECTOR TRAY also at the bottom. The lid is powder coated in red color which is a heat resistant paint. The barbecue comes in a box and it can be easily assembled or dis-assembled by just removing 3 screws, it can also be folded and can easy be carried in you car for those out door camping tours you are planning to have with your family. Ember Barbecue Model 8004 comes with a Bakelite handle on the cover which is a special heat resistant plastic.

Portable package, easy to store, best choice for camping and outdoor party. There are two Chrome protected grid of different size which comes with this barbecue . The first one is for the food being cooked and the second smaller one is to put the coal inside the barbecue. The legs and ash plate are removable.
