Emf Bypass Filtration

Hydraulic fluids and lubricating oils ' cleanliness is a major deciding factor in equipment performance and reliability. But, the required cleanliness of fluids and oils are not easily achievable with the conventional filters and as a consequence, equipment productivity suffers along with frequent breakdowns. This costly phenomenon can be effectively dealt with by ecotech microfiltration. A state of the art microfiltration solution capable of removing water and solids continuously in a bypass circuit cleanliness level could be improved and maintained greater than nas 5( 3-5). Emf are available in single and multiple configurations as bypass filter on the equipment, rig for offline cleaning and toping up. Even fresh oil that comes in sealed drums could be out of recommended cleanliness class, but we do not see it. Check the microscope image of brand new oil.
