The Fluid Bed Dryers are most suitable for drying granular, crystallized, cores and similar material in Pharmaceuticals, Fine chemicals, dyes, food and allied industries. Atmosphere inlet air is filtered by means of micro filter to prevent any fine dust to pass through the product. Digital Temperature indicators are provided with the unit to indicate the inlet and outlet air temperature. Digital air timer will be provided to control the cycle time. Air dampers provide to control the inlet and outlet flow.
Fluid Bed Dryers can be supplying an electric heating, steam heating or oil circulation system.
