The main purpose of this Food Security Inspection and Audit is to protect the general public from the risk of food borne or contamination from biological, chemical or physical source. It includes manufacturing, handling, warehousing and transportation of food stuff and related materials. This process should not be looked at as a tough and adversarial process by our quality department or management. In order to keep our process safe our inspector found the deficiency, food safety violation giving you the opportunity to correct the condition, limit the harm and send the correct message to our customers.
