Sustainably sourced, these shrimp are 100% wild-caught in the ice cold, pure waters of the southern atlantic ocean off the southern patagonian coast of argentina. They are responsibly harvested from one of the world's healthiest fisheries, where fishing is prohibited during spawning months. The fish are caught using a mid-water trawling technique that has very little impact on the surrounding environment.
