Grind Master offers fully automatic multi head machine for hairline finishing and bright finishing of round tubes up to 150 MM diam and 6 M length. Machine is offered up to 16 polishing heads and with automatic loader / unloader and liquid polishing compound spray system. Machine can be set up to 20 M/min feed rate. With specially designed cross and longitudinal polishing heads, high quality bright finish is achieved.

Polishing heads are provided with automatic wheel wear compensation and Liquid Polishing Compound spray system.

A wide range of wheels like abrasive flap wheels, non-woven abrasive wheels, sisal wheels and cotton buffs can be used on this machine for achieving the desired finish most economically.
