About G Series Single Screw Pump :

The single-screw pump is a late-model solution based on the working principle of return mesh volum. The main working elements are eccentric screw(rotor) and fixed lining(stator). Due to the special geometry of the two elements, two separate sealed hollow cavities are formed, the medium is uniformly flowed from the axial direction, the internal flow rate is low, the volume remains the same, and the pressure is stable, so that the whirlpools and agitation are not generated. The output pressure of each pump is 0.6MPa, the lift is 60m (clear water), and the self-suction height is generally 6m. It is suitable for conveying the medium below 80 A C (up to 150 A C in special requirement).
Because the stator is made of a variety of elastic materials, the pump is quite qualified than the general pump in conveying the high-viscosity fluids, hard suspended solids and fiber-containing particles.
