Noise Control

Noise produce by D. G. Set is combined effect of, noise produce by its reciprocating & rotary parts, combustion, exhaust gas flow and cooling air flow resulting sound contains hundreds of measurable harmonics extending over the entire audio-frequency range, high pressure levels.

Noise is controlled by isolation, absorption & lengthening of transmission path.

Noise due to reciprocating and rotary parts and combustion is control by closing the D.G. Set and its acoustic treatment.

Noise by exhaust gas is reducing through Residential Silencer by reducing the exhaust gas pressure to required level.

Noise by cooling air is control through Acoustic Louvers, Hood and Acoustic Treated Ducting. The acoustic Louvers absorb the sound when air flow through them.



Sound Proofing

The soundproofing of D.G. Set is done in such a way that it reduces the noise of D.G. Set to minimum without affecting the performance of D.G.Set.
