We are immensely evolved in supplying our valued clients a supreme quality HCl Gas Generation Unit (Boiling Route). 30% HCl is fed to the unit continuously by the Pump or through Overhead tank depending upon the customer requirement and site height availability. 20-21% Azeotropic HCl/Water mixture is formed into Thermosyphon Reboiler by boiling 30% HCl. By product 20-21% spent Hydrochloric acid is continuously discharged from the bottom of the stripping column. The 20% spent HCl is cooled by an acid cooler prior to discharge into an intermediate spent acid storage tank. It can be availed from us at industrial leading prices.
