This machine is specifically designed for non-flammable refrigerant gases filling, such as R12, F22, R134a etc., with under cap filling process. The filling line is composed of empty can arranging machine, transportation conveyor and automatic under cap filling main machine, some more working stations are optional for customers decision, such as automatic blind cap placing machine, automatic weighing machine, automatic water bath leakage testing machine, ink jet printer and other packing machines.

The under cap filling main machine is configured with PLC control system with a friendly 10.1 TET-LCD touch screen of 65536 true color interface. The central master PC with PLC control system achieves accurate screw bar feeding driven by servo motor with servo amplifier. The linear feeding is a unique technology from our company. This machine has the feature of high automation level, easy parameters setting and reliable running.
