High Grade Sifter Sieves

Our Sieves shown here are considered to be more GMP in nature because of the following features:

1.) The periphery of the Vibro-Sifter Sieves is made from 'Silicon Rubber' instead of 'S.S. Cladded'. As a result there is no possibility of the metal particles tending to break & fall into the powder, which can happen if the Sieves are made of 'S.S. Cladded', which are made with welding done at the periphery. Thus we call our Sieves as 'Lead Free Sieves'.

2.) The 'Silicon Rubber' is firmly bonded to the Mesh with no visible gap. So no powder entrapment can happen at the periphery of the Sieves. Thus it is very easy to clean the Sieves. But in case of 'S.S. Cladded' Sieves, there is a slight gap between S.S. cladding and Mesh, so powder can get trapped at the periphery.

3.) Our Sieves are made from 'S.S. 316' quality. The 'Silicon Rubber' is of food grade material.

4.) We provide 'Certificates' for each type of Sieve at the time of shipment.

5.) The surface tension of our Sieves is very high, so you can get relatively more output vis-a-vis the 'S.S. Cladded' Sieves.
