High Pressure Testing Pumps

Pressure testing pump ( hydro/water power pack): -
High pressure triplex ceramic plunger operated pressure testing pumps manufactured by hydrojet cleaning industries based in Chennai, India. This pressure testing systems are used for high pressure testing pressure vessels. These testing pumps are portable, compact, trolley mounted type and can be easily moved near the testing vessels.

It consist of a HDPE water tank for storage of water required for testing, pressure testing pump ( available from a range starting from 100 bar up to 1000 bar), pressure guage, safety and other valves and other accessories supplied as a complete system which are necessary to carry out the pressure testing process.

Hydro/water power pack is available in flame proof system for bulk drug & chemical industry and non-flame system for all other industry

Applications: Its applications include; for hydraulic testing of reactors, valves, boilers, any pressure vessels, gas & air cylinder tanks, fuel tank, pipeline, storage tanks, engine fuel tank, heads tanks etc.
