The bus remains stationary on wash bay and the very high speed water pressure completes all the operations and will leave you amazed with its cleaning results.
The NWS-HP has a 7.5 horsepower pumping station which pumps up to 140 liters of water per minute through 36 Numbers of 45 degree nozzles, 28 of which is fixed on both sided gantry frame of front and rear door and rests 8 are fixed on top of gantry frame which washes Ceilings, tires, wheels and rocker panels of bus and truck.
The NWS-HP also dispenses a specially formulated foaming high pressure chemical with the help of dosing pump during a Pre wash pass which is applied prior to the high pressure water spray and in second pass the high pressure water spray automatically adjusts to the vehiclea s dimensions by the use of PLC based control panel and lastly, a high pressure Air blowers maintains the best air stream helps to dry the complete vehicle surfaces.
