Side sealers are latest and fastest shrink wrapping machines with use of state of art technology with international safety features for high productivity and minimal labor involvement in the packaging. The products to be packed have to placed on the in-feed Lug conveyor manually or can be connected through an in feed conveyor from the production line. The film unwinding is a motorized system using fractional power geared motors. The sealing system is hot wire / roller type used for high quality sealing and cutting of the film .The scrap rewinding is a inbuilt system and the latest of its kind, the machine is a PLC controlled, photo eyes are used to control product length. The machine is with inbuilt safety protection and alarm.
Touch screen control panel and ease of controls and settings. Special type tunnels to match the speed of side sealers are also available for fine quality shrink packaging.
