High Vacuum Diffusion Pump Oils

We offer High Vacuum Diffusion Pump Oils for high vacuums of upto 10-9 torr. A low vapor pressure and thermal stability make it ideal vacuum oil for use in mass spectrometers or electron microscopes etc. It offers quick pump-down, even after exposure to air under operating conditions. These are clear, tetramethyltetra-phenyltrisiloxane, single-component fluids. Low vapour pressure of silicone fluids at baffle temperatures results in low migration rates. Jets and boiler surfaces hence stay clean; it exhibit virtually no breakdown or decomposition under operational conditions. The recovery rate of IT-7405 after exposure to air at operating temperatures is faster.

It features minimal back-streaming, longer service life and cleaner systems & less maintenance required. These are available in convenient 1 Lt & 5 Lts containers.
