Hinged Non Weld Double Bow Spring Centralizer

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Hinged Non Weld Double Bow Spring Centralizer in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Double Bow Spring Centralizers can be used in Deviated wells which require low running forces. These are designed to pass through tight spots and doglegs. The Double Bow Design makes these Centralizers act as a rigid centralizers under high side loads. The construction is with Hinges and a Non Welded Bow.

The Bows of these Centralizers are heat treated in special furnace which gives it a peculiar bow spring action. The Heat Treated bows enables these centralizer to provide best centralization as well as help in faster running of casing. The steel of these bows is a "special" made by combination or different metals to provide one of the best tensile strength as well as the "spring back" bow spring action.
