PVC foam board impact modifier is a new acrylic based high-performance impact modifier developed by R & D center. It is a new impact modifier. It is a copolymer of HDPE and acrylic acid and has the basic characteristics of CPE. But its impact strength is much higher than that of CPE, and the glass temperature is much lower than that of CPE, so its impact modification effect is obviously better than that of CPE. Due to its unique composition, ACM has excellent impact resistance at low temperatures and has been widely tested for its long-term weather, impact resistance and colour resistance.
Large ACM processing windows provide a consistent "satin" output .Due the low viscosity of the ACM melt and the low extrusion temperature have improved the stability and yield of the adhesive.
The use of ACM is the same as for ACR (AIM).
