Labyrinth sealing arrangement will be provided at the both wall of the Flame to prevent dust during mixing of the material. The clearance between U shaped barrel & spiral blade is 5 mm. The mixer is also provided with inside 6 mm thick M.S. replaceable lining. A delivery gate having an adjustable lid is fitted at the bottom of the barrel to discharge the material.
