Instructions for use:
Put the circuit breaker handle to the i? OFFi? position
Place the lockout over the handle
Tighten the set screw by hand, rotate the toggle
Apply a lockout padlock
Make sure the switch is completely locked out and cannot be energized until the lockout device is removed
