Sand box is one of the most important part in lost foam casting process, it is used in molding and casting department. Molten iron is poured into the flask after fixing mould and sand into the flask, then vaporizes the EPS pattern and replace it to form an exact casting.
LFC sand box contains bottom exhaust, four sides exhaust and five sides exhaust. We provide free design according to customer's requirement.
