Reduces the formation of unstable peroxides Increases the life span of the lubricant CRISTOL EPR 3400 CRISTOL AO-750 (Phosphite / Alkylated diphenyl amine) 2 POUR POINT DEPRESSANTS These additives are used to maintain fluidity of lubricants at lower temperatures and thus help expand their operating temperature range by interfering in the higher hydrocarbon crystallization process. They are recommended for use in a wide variety of lubricants including engine, hydraulic and gear oils. Used as fluidity Improver in lubricant to meet stringent low temperature viscosity requirements. Can be used on varied variety of base oils. Low dosage CRISTOL PPD LX Series (Polymethacrylate) 3 VISCOSITY INDEX IMPROVER These are polymeric molecules that are sensitive to temperature. At low temperatures, the molecule chain contracts and does not impact the fluid viscosity. At high temperatures, chain relaxes and an increase in viscosity occurs. Helps maintain viscosity profile of the hydraulic oil over a range of temperature The right shear stability to maximize cost in multigrade hydraulic oils. CRISTOL VI Series 4 EXTREME PRESSURE / ANTIWEAR ADDITIVES These additives under extreme pressure and temperature reacts with metal surfaces and form a protective coating which can withstand extreme heat and pressure caused by continuous contact of metal surfaces. Antiwear Additive are active at lower pressure & temperatures. EP additive shows minimal amount of thermal degradation at temperatures approaching 235 C. CRISTOL TLP CRISTOL TPP (Phosphite Ester) 5 EMULISIFIER FOR SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL These additives are compatible with a wide range of base oils used for machining operations, depending upon the desired quality / specification of the cutting oil & its emulsifier package which can deliver optimum emulsion, custom designing of suitable emulsifier package which can deliver optimum emulsion stability. Emulsifier packages are available for a range of base oils that include HVI, LVI, SN 70, SN 150, Transformer Oil, Diesel and other base Oils of Naphthenic or Paraffinic origin.
